Laossextoy operates entirely throughout Laos and other parts of Asia. One can make his/her payment here internationally through schemes like Paypal, Debit/Credit cards etc. A minimum of 4 to 5 business days is the time span for our products to get delivered at one’s doorstep. No matter which item you order, it would be delivered discreetly in standard boxes.
Report us before 48 hours for a wrong product
One who receives an inappropriate product must report within 48 hours without fail. In case he/she fails, no request will be taken for returning the order.
Products to be replaced and not refunded
In case one receives a wrong product, he/she can forward a request for product return. Accordingly, the product will be replaced. But no money will be refunded.
Damage by the user not to be considered
If there is no damage to the order we deliver, we would not accept any request for returning the product. Therefore, no one will be answerable from Laossextoy.
